Who can see my data while it runs?
Confidential-tier jobs run inside a hardware-attested environment designed to protect workload memory from host software and operators during execution. The workload itself necessarily processes the input, and the guarantee is limited to the documented TDX threat model.
What happens if a job can't be verified?
The platform is fail-closed: unverified jobs are rejected, not run. You never get a silent "trust us" where a proof should be.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
AugmentEV is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. A SOC 2 readiness program is underway, and current status is available during customer diligence. What you get today is per-job evidence: hardware attestation and a signed receipt you verify yourself.
Can we use AugmentEV for HIPAA or GDPR-regulated data?
The platform is built for teams in health, legal, and financial services handling sensitive data, and we publish a standard DPA. Confidential adds TDX isolation designed to protect workload memory from host software and operators; using AugmentEV does not by itself establish HIPAA, GDPR, or other compliance. Bring your specific obligations to a pilot conversation.
What's the difference between Standard and Confidential?
Confidential includes everything in Standard, plus hardware-attested confidential execution, inputs and outputs isolated from host and operator, and fail-closed behavior. Standard supports signed receipts for completed jobs without the Confidential-tier isolation boundary.
